In using the EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP web site, you agree to the terms
and conditions and privacy statements contained herein. Any updates
shall be posted and all users of the web site are encouraged to check
for changes.
EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP is firmly committed to respecting the
consumer's right to privacy and has created this privacy statement to
demonstrate our commitment. This policy may change from time to time.
Please check this page each time you use our Website for the most
current information.
The Information We Collect from You
EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP, in collaboration with Trans Union
("TURSS"), allows you to authorize a third party (e.g. your
landlord's) to access your credit report, public record information,
and related data ("Consumer Report Information") conveniently and
affordably through our Web site. We collect your personal information
only if you decide to authorize third party access to your Consumer
Report Information, purchase one of our products or services,
subscribe to our emails or newsletter, participate in one of our
contests or surveys or transact other business with us. In order to
process your transactions and provide you with quality customer
service, we need your full name and current and/or billing address,
your email address (so we can contact you) and, if you are requested
to pay for a third party's access to your Consumer Report Information,
a valid credit card number, your Social Security number and certain
other personal information, such as your date of birth, address
information, employment information, and certain credit card and loan
account information. We use personal information to authenticate the
credit card number and to confirm that the person requesting your
Consumer Report Information really is you and not an impostor or other
person improperly seeking to access your information.
Security
EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP takes precautions to secure your personal
information. If and when we ask you to provide your personal
information, we will do so through a Web page that uses the Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This protocol provides security for your
information by encrypting it as it travels from your computer to our
computer. For security purposes we then move all of the personal
information that we collect or obtain about you, including your
Consumer Report Information, to an environment on our proprietary
network that has controls in place to limit access to and secure the
data maintained therein.
Emails
For EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP renters that are requested to pay for a
third party's access to your Consumer Report information, will be
emailed a receipt upon request. Additionally, the EzLandlordForms’
TenantAPP service will facilitate communication between you and the
third party for whom you have authorized access to your Consumer
Report Information-this communication will be provided both through
the EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP website and through emails. These
emails are part of the EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP service and cannot
be disabled.
Ordering
When you agree to share your Consumer Report Information, TURSS will
share that information with the identified third parties. TURSS also
must share some of your personal information with third parties in
order to process your transaction. For example, TURSS must share your
name, address and social security number with one or more of the
national credit reporting agencies in order to obtain your requested
Consumer Report Information, and must share your name, address and
credit card account number with our credit card processing partner in
order to process your payment. These third parties are prohibited from
using your personally identifiable information except for the purpose
of providing these services to TURSS.
Updating Your Consumer Report Information
EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP and TURSS is not responsible for and cannot
amend the information in your credit report, which is produced by one
or more consumer reporting agencies. If you believe that some of the
information in your credit report is inaccurate, you must contact the
applicable consumer reporting agency directly. You can dispute an
inaccuracy with TransUnion in one of two ways: You can quickly and
easily dispute online with TransUnion at the following link:
https://www.transunion.com/corporate/personal/creditDisputes.page. You also can file a dispute via mail at the following address. We
recommend using a certified letter and keeping copies of any receipts
and supporting documentation.

The Collection of Anonymous Data
In order to enhance the usefulness of our Web site and our products
and services, TURSS will collect data about our customers' use of our
Web site, in a manner that does not include any personally
identifiable information. While you browse the EzLandlordForms’
TenantAPP Web site, we note which pages of our site you visit and note
the IP address of your computer (as all Web sites do automatically),
but we do not link that address information to your personal
information. The general information we gather enables us to serve our
customers better by continually enhancing our site based on up-to-date
use patterns.
We are provided anonymous information collected from other websites on
which we display advertisements that enables us to understand how
visitors to our site, who were exposed to ads we have placed on those
other websites, interact with our site. We may use this information to
enhance or modify our campaigns that are designed to bring web
visitors to our site. You may opt-out of this anonymous data
collection and sharing activity by visiting the Google Analytics
Privacy Overview web page and following the procedures noted under the

Updating Your Personal Information and Email Preferences
You can correct or update at any time the personal information that
you provided and that we maintain on you by accessing the
EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP Web site and selecting "Account
Information" from the Main Menu.
Notification of Changes to this Privacy Statement
TURSS along with EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP may amend this Privacy
Statement at any time, but will notify users in advance of any
material change, by posting a notice of the change in a prominent
position on the home page of the EzLandlordForms’ TenantAPP Web site.
If the amendment would permit us to share your personal information
with third parties in a manner materially different than described in
this Privacy Statement, unless required by law or court order or in
order to safeguard the operations of our site or our customers, you
will be given an opportunity to inform us that you do not consent to
such sharing of your personal information.
Possible Acquisition
In the event of an acquisition of all or part of TURSS by another
company, or in the event that TURSS were to sell or dispose of all or
a part of the business, the acquirer would have access to the
information maintained by the TURSS business, which could include your
personal information, subject to applicable law. The acquirer's
privacy policy might be different than TURSS' privacy policy, or the
acquirer might choose to amend TURSS' privacy policy. You will be
notified by email if, as a result of such acquisition, TURSS' privacy
policy is materially changed or if the acquirer's privacy policy is
materially different than TURSS' privacy policy. In connection with
such notice, you will be given an opportunity to inform the acquirer
that you do not consent to the use or disclosure by the acquirer of
your personal information in accordance with such new or revised
privacy policy.
The Use of Cookies
TURSS uses "cookies," which are pieces of information that a Web site
transfers to your computer's hard disk for record keeping purposes, to
facilitate your access to our products and services. TURSS uses
cookies in accordance with industry-standard protocols, and does not
use cookies, either directly or in conjunction with other Web sites,
to track your movement to Web sites other than EzLandlordForms’
TenantAPP. If you would like more information about cookies, you can
visit:
http://www.cookiecentral.com/n_cookie_faq.htm. TURSS uses a type of session cookie that is needed so that we can
process each step of your transactions with us. If you refuse to
accept this type of cookie, you will not be able to access our
products and services. Most Web browsers automatically delete this
type of cookie when you terminate your session. TURSS is not
configured to recognize browser "do not track" settings and, as such,
setting this parameter in a user's browser does not impact site
functionality. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve
ads on our site or on other sites which we use for advertising. These
companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single
pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness; and
they are not authorized to use the information we share with them for
any other purpose. Any information that these third parties collect
via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous. If you would like

A Summary of Your Rights Under The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act
(FCRA)
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is designed to help ensure that
CRAs (Consumer Reporting Agencies, including credit bureaus and credit
reporting companies) furnish correct and complete information to
businesses to use when evaluating your application for credit, or
insurance, or to employers or prospective employers.
Your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act include:
-
You have the right to receive a copy of your credit report. The
copy of your report must contain all of the information in your
file at the time of your request.
-
If you contest the completeness or accuracy of information in your
report, you may file a dispute with the CRA and with the company
that furnished the information to the CRA. Generally both the CRA
and the furnisher of information are legally obligated to
reinvestigate your dispute as long as it is not frivolous.
-
CRA's must correct or remove inaccurate, incomplete or
unverifiable information in their files. CRA's must remove
obsolete information in their files.
-
If you are a victim of identity theft or are on active duty with
the military, you have more rights under the FCRA.
-
Only those with a permitted purpose or with your express
permission may access your file.
-
Generally employers must have your express written permission to
obtain your report.
-
Any company that denies your application, or takes an adverse
action against you, based on information obtained from a CRA, must
inform you of the adverse action and must supply you with the name
and address of the CRA they used.
-
You have the right to a free copy of your credit report in
numerous instances including when your application for credit or
employment is adversely affected because of information supplied
by the CRA. You can get a free credit report each year in any
case.
-
You may opt-out of lists provided by the national credit bureaus
that are based on your credit file.
- You may sue under the FCRA for violations of the Act.
